How The Math Works

Our leads average at over $100 USD. This is the market price for what over 125 lenders and brokers are paying right now. The math works out favorably for you and you get a huge return on investment.

1. On average, a broker or lender will close successful loans at a 4% conversion rate within 72 hours.

2. This means that 1 out of every 25 leads becomes a successful loan.

3. We sell our leads for $100 each, and if 1 in 25 convert, that is $2,500 to get one conversion.

4. The average loan size for our leads is $73,000. Brokers make 10% on average and lenders can make a lot more. This means brokers make an average of $7,300 per $2,500 spent on leads, which is nearly a 3x ROI.

5. This ROI doesn't even include the leads that convert over time (on average, between 5-8 per 50 leads will close within 3 months) or repeat loans/business.

If you want to grow your lending business or brokerage, buying leads from us is one of the highest ROI things you can do.

Questions & Answers

What are the camp dates and hours?

The in-person camp runs August 4 – August 8, 2025, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (EST) . (That’s one week of STEM fun for the summer!) We also offer a virtual camp option during the same week (10:00 AM – 12:00 PM online) for families who prefer remote learning .

Where is the camp located?

Our in-person camp is held at Iona University Bronxville Campus -171 White Plains Rd, Bronxville, NY, 10708 – a convenient, family-friendly location with dedicated STEM lab spaces (and a roller-skating area!). Online campers join via a secure Zoom platform under close instructor supervision.

Who can join the camp?

Kids ages 6–13 are welcome, and we tailor our activities to suit all levels from beginners to budding scientists . No matter your child’s experience with STEM, they will fit right in – enthusiasm is the only requirement!

What will my child do at camp?

A bit of everything! Each day is filled with hands-on projects: one day they might code a small video game or robot, the next day they’re launching water rockets or learning a new song on the keyboard. Campers will tackle math challenges through games, experiment with simple science projects, and even get active with roller-skating sessions – all tied to learning goals . We make sure the mix of indoor and outdoor (physical) activities keeps everyone energized and engaged.

Who are the instructors?

Our instructors are experienced STEM educators and professionals. The program is directed by Joanna Smith (Founder/CEO of Daley Smith STEM) – a geotechnical engineer who has led major engineering projects and holds advanced degrees in engineering . Alongside Joanna, we have a team of passionate teachers, college STEM majors, and even musicians who love to mentor kids. (All staff are thoroughly background-checked and trained – safety and quality are our top priorities.)

How much does the camp cost?

The in-person camp tuition is $500 for the week  (which includes all materials, equipment, and a camp T-shirt). The online camp is $297 for the week . An additional $30 registration fee  reserves your child’s spot. As a non-profit, we invest all proceeds back into the program’s quality and offer a limited number of scholarships – please contact us to inquire.
